These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the VOTIC platform ("Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts & access
Moderator and administrator accounts must be provisioned by an authorized representative of the customer organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
Acceptable use
- No unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing content.
- No attempts to de-anonymize participants or bypass access controls.
- No automated scraping or attempts to overload the Service.
Customer data
Customer organizations retain ownership of discussion content submitted through the Service. We process customer data solely to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy.
Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOTIC disclaims all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VOTIC's aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amounts paid by the customer to VOTIC in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to account holders.
